Customer Satisfaction Scores

To help us improve the service we provide, we ask all our landlords and tenants to complete our short Customer Satisfaction Survey at the start of each tenancy, annually and at the end of each tenancy.

Survey participants are asked to answer questions using a 0 to 10 scale on which 0 means "not at all satisfied/not at all likely" and "10" means "extremely satisfied/extremely likely"

In the last 12 months our average customer satisfaction ratings were as follows:

Net Promoter Score

Net Promoter Score (NPS) is a customer loyalty metric. NPS can be as low as −100 (everybody is a detractor) or as high as +100 (everybody is a promoter). An NPS that is positive (i.e., higher than zero) is considered good, and an NPS of +50 is excellent.

Word of Mouth Index

The Word of Mouth Index (WoMI) is a next-generation customer loyalty metric. WoMI can be as low as 0 (everyone is a true detractor) or as high as 100 (everyone is a true promoter). Few brands have a WoMI higher than 50.

We ask landlords and tenants who have requested a repair or maintenance how satisfied they are with the time it took the maintenance team to contact them initially, the punctuality of the maintenance team, the time taken to resolve the issue, the quality of the workmanship and the cleanliness of the work area after the work was carried out.
