Charlie at jungle property has been mega helpful throughout my whole time dealing with them, offering constant advice and seemingly working nonstop behind the scenes to get things set up on time.

Both Tom and Charlie were exceptionally helpful with all questions and queries when we rented our first house. Nothing was too much bother and no question was too silly. Charlie made the whole process super smooth for us with paperwork, he was quick with answers to queries, and the turnaround from viewing the property to moving in was incredible. I would highly recommend both Tom and Charlie to anyone- especially those who haven’t rented before! They continue to check in with us to ensure everything is okay, and are easily contactable if we need them.
You made it so easy for us- thank you 🌟

I’ve been extremely impressed with the service I’ve received from Jungle Property in Glastonbury. They offer an outstanding level of personal service and it’s clear that they genuinely care about both their clients and the properties they look after.

Their attention to detail is meticulous, and nothing seems to be overlooked. Communication has been excellent throughout, and whenever I’ve had a question or needed assistance, they’ve been friendly, helpful and incredibly responsive.

What I particularly appreciate is the personal approach. Rather than feeling like just another customer or property on a database, I feel that they actually know me and take the time to understand what I need. That makes a huge difference and gives me real confidence that my property is in safe hands.

I would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Jungle Property to anyone looking for a professional, reliable and genuinely caring letting agent in Glastonbury and the surrounding area.

A fantastic team providing an exceptional level of service — highly recommended! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Tom and Charlie have been amazing. I have rented 3 properties through them over the years and nothing is ever too much trouble. Their maintenance team and their personal support is 10 out of 10 and I would use them again in the future if required.
