When an occasional concern was raised, your fantastic customer focussed approach to resolving the issue was really appreciated. Having not rented for a considerable amount of time, we were new to the area and unsure of what to expect from Jungle Property at the beginning, but you quickly built our confidence in you and your company, and were quick to turn any potential pitfalls into highlights.
