About Us
Our story so far
Based in Glastonbury, Jungle Property is a family owned multi award-winning customer service business that manages property across Somerset.
Jungle Property was founded in 2010 offering a residential letting and property management service from an office on Chilkwell Street, Glastonbury.
Shorty after our launch Jungle Property started offering a block and estate management service to meet the needs of an existing client.
In January 2011 we moved to the Red Brick Building, Glastonbury.
In 2012 Charlie stated working at Jungle Property as an apprentice.
In 2018 we welcomed our first holiday let guest with our sister brand Jungle Cottages providing a management service for holiday let property owners in central Somerset. To improve the guest experience, in 2020 we produced our first visitors guide (Amazing Things To Do In Glastonbury) and started offering electric bike hire through Glastonbury Electric Bikes.
With our core expertise in residential letting, in 2023 we produced the Landlords’ Complete Guide to Health & Safety providing landlords with the most comprehensive guide available anywhere on this topic.
In recent years Jungle Property has extended the range of services to include vacant property management and property renovation management typically for clients who spend long periods of time away from their property – from watering plants to complete house renovations we have it covered.
Spanning 40 years, Tom has experience as a landlord, tenant and letting agent. Both Tom and Charlie have Propertymark qualifications in Residential Letting and Property Management and to help ensure we deliver the very best service for our clients, we continue to invest in training from some industry-leading experts in landlord and tenant law.
