Do you know a landlord you could help? We believe that referrals are the best way to spread the word about what we do at Jungle Property.

How does it work?

Simply fill out our referral form below with your friend’s details and if they decide to instruct us, we will give you £100 or give you 3 months free property management and as a special treat we will offer the person you are referring 3 months free property management too.*

​And when we say ‘friend’, it doesn’t just have to be a friend, it could be a work colleague, family member, existing landlord or someone you know through someone you know! If they have a property we can help them with, we would love to help them.

Refer A Friend – Terms and Conditions

1. Eligibility

To qualify for the £100 referral payment or 3 months free property management, the person you are referring must:

  1. Not be currently using any of our services
  2. Not have previously used any of our services
  3. Sign a Client Agreement for one of our services following your referral (include Block Management Agreements or agreements for one of our services provided by our subsidiary Jungle Cottages)

2. Who Can Refer

Anyone over 18 can refer a friend, including existing clients, tenants and members of the public.

3. Referral Rewards

If the above conditions are met and you currently use one of our full management services, the Property Management Fee for the next 3 months following the successful referral will be waived. Where you have more than one property managed under our full management services, the Property Management Fee will be waived for the property with the lowest monthly rent.

If the above conditions are met and you do not currently use one of our full management services, you will receive £100 by bank transfer.

4. How to Refer

Referrals must be submitted using the Refer A Friend feature on the Jungle Property website or via e-mail to Glastonbury@JungleProperty.co.uk.

5. Limitations

  1. Referrals must be genuine. We reserve the right to reject or withhold rewards for referrals that are misleading, duplicate, or do not result in a legitimate instruction or from which we receive no financial benefit.
  2. Only one referral reward will be made per new client.
  3. Referrals do not qualify for a reward if the person you’re referring is a current or previous client of ours, has not signed a Client Agreement or from which we receive no financial benefit from the instruction.

6. Changes and Termination

Jungle Property reserves the right to change or withdraw this scheme at any time without notice.

7. Data Protection

We will only use personal information provided in accordance with our Privacy Notice. You must have the referred person’s permission for us to contact them and hold their personal details.
